Wall made of Water

The entire left of the pic is really beautiful, gorgeous, and whatever other synonyms that are in existance.It also looks really clean and clear. The right, however looks a bit off and rough. The background espescially. Nothing much, but I had to say something, and that was it. I'm trying to improve my visual acuity(word?) and critique skills.
